The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The location was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. The hostel had a fantastic cafe with a cool aesthetic, reminiscent of the cafes in Melbourne. Additionally, the cleanliness of the entire facility, from the cafe to the hostel, was exceptional.

The bed was a bit too thin and uncomfortable for my liking. Also, some guests had a tendency to leave their shoes and baggage in the halls, which could be annoying to navigate through.

Almond Hostel & Cafe Shibuya exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff, especially the guy at breakfast and Jun, were incredibly helpful and provided me with valuable advice. the dorms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was reasonably priced. the highlight of my stay was the reception/coffee shop, which had a fantastic atmosphere. I spent hours there drawing and enjoying their delicious ice cocoa. the hostel's location was also perfect, with a short walk to Shibuya and Shinjuku centers, as well as easy access to train and metro stations. I would definitely stay here again. Cons: Almost perfect 👌.

The highlight of our stay was the trendy and cozy cafe at Almond Hostel & Cafe Shibuya. It had a fantastic atmosphere and we loved spending time there. The location of the hostel was also a major plus, with easy access to both Shibuya and Shinjuku centers, as well as nearby train and metro stations. The communal atmosphere was great, and we enjoyed exploring the bars and restaurants in the area. we would definitely recommend this hostel.

The limited cooking facilities. There were no cooking possibilities, not even a microwave or kettle for common use.

Our stay at Almond Hostel & Cafe Shibuya was exceptional. We loved the simplicity and cleanliness of the hostel area. The property had a cute and well-maintained vibe, which we really enjoyed. The coffee shop downstairs was perfect for us coffee lovers. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. We also appreciated the gentle fairy lights that added a magical touch to the dormitory area at night.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the difficulty in finding the hostel at first and the lack of a lounge or kitchen space, we found a convenient solution with nearby convenience stores where we could buy and microwave food. The only other minor inconvenience was not being able to turn off the lights, but luckily, the capsule beds didn't allow too much light to pass through.

Almond Hostel & Cafe is perfect for young people. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and showers. Great price, location, and out-of-this-world sandwiches. Staff is very nice and helpful. Yoyogi Hachiman is a great area with plenty of local stores and nice restaurants within 5 minutes' walk.

Mind-blowing clean and modern hostel with super facilities. Amazing location near train stations, park, and shopping areas. The lounge/cafe had great music, delicious coffee, and a cozy atmosphere. The 500yen breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT. Showers and toilets were clean, and the bunk beds were spacious with powerpoints and shelves. Lockers were ample and staff were friendly. The hostel design and surrounding neighborhood were fantastic. Daily cleaning, big storage space, good security, and a quiet atmosphere. Nearby restaurants and shops were superb. Easy access to trains and a pleasant walk to popular areas.

I recently stayed at the Almond Hostel & Cafe in Shibuya for a week-long vacation. The hostel is new and the capsule-style beds are spacious, with plenty of storage space. The common area is well-equipped and there is free body soap and shampoo available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent for exploring Shibuya, Harajuku, and other nearby areas. There are also plenty of local stores and restaurants within a short walk. These factors made my stay at Almond Hostel & Cafe enjoyable and convenient.

The area also has a variety of bars, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the café and make use of the 24-hour shower facilities.
